This wedding cake was for a very dear friend's wedding. I loved the elegant simplicity of the whipped buttercream. It was vanilla with buttercream and a fresh raspberry filling. Yum!

Texas Christian University Horned Frog Cake

This cake was for a birthday boy who will be attending Texas Christian University this fall to start a Masters in History.  The horned frog you see on top is the school's mascot.  The cake was pumpkin with a whipped ganache.

These sword cakes were for a birthday party.  The blue one was vanilla with buttercream, and the pink one was chocolate with buttercream.
